This questionnaire aims to acquire data that will be used in the development of a system for the assessment of smart city readiness in the city where you live.
A smart city is one in which information and communication technology (ICT) is used to improve its livability, workability, and sustainability.
The Responsibilities of a Smart City include: Built Environment, Energy, Telecommunications, Transportation, Health and Human Services, Water and Wastewater, Waste Management, Public Safety, Payments & Finance.
Based on the Responsibilities of a smart city, this questionnaire has parameters that assess the role that specific factors play in the assessment of cities for their readiness to be smart cities in Uganda.
Your responses will be treated with the utmost ethics, integrity, and confidentiality and therefore we kindly request you to answer each question with honesty and to the best of your capability.
